Thursday, January 16, 2020  Giving Fund Series: Driving in Snow and Ice  New to driving in snow and ice or have a teenager who could use some tips? Enjoy appetizers and community while Officer Pete Mann of Truckee CHP gives advice at Tahoe Donner’s The Lodge Restaurant and Pub.

Saturday, January 18, 2020  Dive in Movie Series at the Truckee Community Pool  Bring your floaty and enjoy a movie displayed on the digital reader board of the lap pool at the state-of-the-art Truckee Aquatics Center. This month’s movie is a classic: Jaws. 

Thursday, January 23, 2020  Alpenglow Speaker Series: Adrian Ballinger  Hear from professional skier Adrian Ballinger, the only American who has skied two 8,000m peaks. This 14th annual speaker series packs the Olympic Village Lodge and has raised more than $170,000 for local nonprofits with proceeds from the bar.

Friday, January 24, 2020  Winter Hoedown with Everyday Outlaw at Alibi Ale Works  Put on your dancing boots and head to Alibi for a great night of country music, Honky Tonk style. Nationally and internationally acclaimed Everyday Outlaw will get your feet moving with country favorites and original songs.

Saturday, January 25, 2020  Winter Après Music Series & Winter Fireworks   Whether or not you were on the slopes, meet your friends for après at Squaw Valley’s Plaza Bar from 4:00 – 6:00 for a free show featuring Jenni Charles & Jesse Dunn, local Dead Winter Carpenters stars, then stay for a spectacular fireworks show from the KT deck at 7:00.

Sunday, January 26, 2020  USASA Rail Jam at Sugar Bowl Resort  Sugar Bowl is hosting a Rail Jam for USASA competing members on Mt. Judah from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. The course will be viewable from the Judah Lodge, making it a fun spectator event.
