How to Run for Office Workshop, April 17, 2024

Join the Truckee Chamber of Commerce and the Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe for a How to Run for Office Workshop at the Lift Workspace on Wednesday, April 17, from 12:00 to 4:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided.

This four-hour workshop will help to demystify the running process for local office. Participants will learn how to pull papers and the process for getting on the ballot, how to create a campaign marketing strategy, what it means to manage campaign finances and hear from a panel of current and former elected officials.

David Diamond, Truckee Tahoe Airport Board of Directors
Alicia Barr, Former Truckee Mayor and Truckee Town Council Member
Ted Owens, Former Nevada County District 5 Supervisor and Former Truckee Town Council Member
