Kellie is Program Manager for the Truckee Cultural District, administered by Nevada County Arts & Culture based in Nevada City. 


Kellie has lived in Truckee for 21 years and worked in the Reno/Tahoe region for 26 years. Nonprofit administration has been her life-long career passion having worked alongside organizations and agencies to achieve strategic benchmark and community driven goals for Nevada State Arts Council, Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation, KidZone Museum, North Tahoe Arts and Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe. 


Additionally, Kellie is deeply committed to a high level of community investment and volunteer leadership through her work serving on the Truckee Chamber Board of Directors and on committees for Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation and Tahoe Truckee Unified School District.

As Director of the Sierra SBDC at Sierra Business Council, Jessica accelerates innovative solutions in rural economic development by working directly with companies to provide technical assistance and collaborating with community partners on targeted, effective programming. 

She loves supporting the small business community in a variety of ways. She has called Truckee home for many years and loves living in a place where she can get outside with her family all year round.

Amber Burke brings more than 25 years of expertise in marketing, event planning, communications, and the tourism industry to the Truckee Chamber. As the Coordinator of District Communications & Parent Engagement for the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District (TTUSD), Amber focuses on bridging our local schools and the broader business community.

As a long-time resident and parent, she is deeply committed to championing a sustainable mountain economy and supporting the local businesses that define our region’s character. Drawing on her previous professional experience at a Chamber of Commerce, Amber is dedicated to working collaboratively to ensure Truckee remains a prosperous place to live and work, advocating for the link between education and economic health to prepare the next generation for our local workforce.

Jon Luster is the President of Second Home Care, Inc., where he helps homeowners protect and maintain their properties with dependable, personalized service. A graduate of Babson College, he has over fifteen years of Fortune 500 experience. After leaving the corporate world, Jonathan returned to his roots in home services and embraced an entrepreneurial path that gave him the freedom to spend more time skiing, backpacking, and fishing.

Zack is an East Coast transplant from Rhode Island with growing Truckee roots. After completing his MBA in small business, he decided to move west for bigger mountains and opportunities.  

He is the owner of Buoy and Trap Seafood, which he opened in early 2023 in the Pioneer Center in Truckee. Buoy and Trap is a seafood market and casual eatery specializing in New England-style lobster rolls, oysters, poke bowls, and fresh seafood. 

It is Zack's pleasure to serve our community on the Truckee Chamber of Commerce Board, and he looks forward to the great things the board will accomplish while he is serving as a Director.

Bill Greeno is the co-owner of Quality Automotive Servicing and German Import Garage in Truckee. He has spent more than 20 years building businesses, developing leaders, and creating career opportunities in the automotive industry. 

Bill is also a business coach, speaker, and author of Moments That Matter, a book about leadership, personal responsibility, and recognizing the small moments that shape our lives. A longtime Truckee resident, Bill has served on several local boards and advisory committees and remains actively involved in workforce development and the community. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, hunting, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Sheila, and their family.

Adam is passionate about serving the Truckee community and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact both professionally and personally. 

Outside the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children's sports teams, traveling, and taking advantage of the Tahoe region's outdoor recreation. Adam and his family are also active volunteers, supporting local nonprofits and community organizations throughout the Truckee-Tahoe area.

Max Leabman is the Director of Skier Services at Northstar California Resort, where he leads teams focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and employee engagement. Max first became a Truckee resident in 2013; he is an active community leader also serving on the board of Excellence in Education in support of local public schools. 

Max is passionate about supporting our community and strengthening the connection between business, recreation, and quality of life in Truckee and the Tahoe region. When he is not working or volunteering around the community, you can usually find him enjoying the natural playground we call home on a boat, board, or bike with his friends and family.

Meghan Litchfield brings more than 25 years of experience driving brand growth, digital commerce, and marketing strategy for iconic companies including GoPro, Banana Republic, Chrome Industries, KEEN Footwear, and Deloitte Consulting. As Chief Marketing Officer at Sugar Bowl, she currently leads digital sales, brand building, and creative storytelling as a member of the executive leadership team. Meghan is also the founder of RedThread in Verdi, a technology-enabled sewing studio that tailors custom-fit clothing, from just two photos. 

Meghan lives in Truckee with her two children, Mara and Dudley, and spends as much time as possible skiing, sailing small, fast boats, and exploring far-off places. As a new member of the Board, Meghan is passionate about strengthening the local business community by advancing vocational education, expanding career pathways, and fostering entrepreneurship.

Katie Shaffer is the founder and CEO of East River PR & Marketing, a public relations and marketing agency serving the Truckee/Tahoe region since 2012. She leads a team of communications professionals working with public agencies, NGOs, and brands across the Tahoe Basin, with a focus on community awareness campaigns that help regional agencies connect with the people they serve.

Katie is passionate about the role the Chamber plays in giving our business community a strong, informed voice on the civic and policy issues that shape Truckee's economic future. She is an active member of the Government Affairs Committee, a proud sponsor and regular attendee of Good Morning Truckee, and contributes to the Chamber's candidate voter guide — all of which help her, her team, and her clients stay closely connected to the decisions affecting our region.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys wildflower hikes, living through the ups and downs of her beloved San Francisco Giants, and spending time with her family, friends and dogs.

Ravn grew up in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, in Nevada City, before pursuing his education on the West and East coasts. Ravn started his career as an attorney in Colorado before returning to Nevada County in 2011 and landing in Truckee.

Ravn joined the region’s preeminent law firm, Porter Simon Law, in 2013, and is now a partner and shareholder practicing personal injury and general litigation. Where the courtroom is Ravn’s office, the mountains are his playground. He enjoys skiing and boarding in the winter and biking and hiking in the summer. Ravn has proudly served the Board of Directors for the Truckee Chamber of Commerce since 2014.
