Futurepreneurs Pitch Camp: Empowering Truckee Tahoe Teen Entrepreneurs

Futurepreneurs Pitch Camp: Empowering Truckee Tahoe Teen Entrepreneurs

October 23, 2024

The Futurepreneurs Pitch Week is a dynamic week-long program designed to inspire and support Truckee Tahoe’s next generation of entrepreneurs. Hosted by Sierra Business Council (SBC) and the Truckee Chamber of Commerce, this innovative camp offers local teens the chance to develop business ideas and refine their entrepreneurial skills.

Throughout the week, participants engage in a series of hands-on workshops, honing their skills in business development, pitch techniques, and presentation skills. Under the guidance of seasoned mentors from SBC and the Truckee Chamber of Commerce, teen entrepreneurs will create a polished pitch deck that showcases their unique business ideas and value propositions.

The camp culminates in the Futurepreneurs Pitch Showcase on December 6, 2024, where finalists present their business pitches in front of a panel of expert judges and an audience of community members. This showcase offers teens the chance to win prizes, receive valuable feedback, and gain exposure for their ideas.

Who Can Participate?

The Futurepreneurs Pitch Camp is open to all high school students in Truckee and North Lake Tahoe. No prior business experience is necessary—teens can develop business ideas during the camp’s collaborative workshops.
