Town of Truckee Below Market Rate Housing Program
To assist full-time resident households in achieving home ownership and will work to preserve a portion of Truckee’s housing stock for workforce housing. 

Town of Truckee BEGIN Reuse First-Time Homebuyer Program.
A first-time homebuyer revolving loan fund for households earning at or below 120% of the median.

Town of Truckee CalHOME Reuse First-Time Homebuyer Program
A first-time homebuyer revolving loan fund for households earning at or below 80% of the median.

Martis Fund Homebuyer Assistance Program
Established in 2006, the Fund supports programs to conserve open space; manage and restore habitat and forest lands, and promote opportunities for workforce housing and related community purposes in the Martis Valley Region.

Placer County First Time Homebuyer Assistance Program
Loans of up to $100,000 are available to help families purchase their first home in the unincorporated areas of Placer County.

The town of Truckee is approximately 34 square miles made up of a great community of neighborhoods.

Each neighborhood is somewhat diverse in geography, ranging in elevation between 5,540 feet in the vicinity of Boca Reservoir to nearly 7,500 feet in Tahoe Donner.
