DLP Construction was started by company CEO, David Pollock, in 2004 offering building services both California and Nevada in the North Lake Tahoe, Truckee, and Reno areas. Dave has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years in Northern California. DLP Construction is committed to quality work using only the finest materials. With unique craftsmanship and design creativity, we work closely with our clients to create a luxurious space. All of our employees are skilled and trained in various areas of expertise, including our Lead Foreman who has been with the construction industry for many years after growing up with it as a family trade.
DLP specializes in luxury custom home building, remodels, and additions. They are client-based – they will work closely with you during the design process and help facilitate every aspect of your project to help make your visions come to life. They focus on beauty with function and strive to be as passionate about your project as you are.
They also have a Commercial Maintenance Division with an emphasis on aerial painting and snow removal with their 85-foot boom lift. They carry specialty insurance, which allows our company to work in resort and HOA settings for our clients. DLP has completed a number of commercial projects in locations that include The Village at Olympic Valley, Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, Mammoth Mountain, Martis Camp, Resort at Squaw Creek, and Town of Truckee.
